UHS Distinguished Alumnus Award Celebration: Event Tickets

Welcome! Please complete this form to register and pay online for the 2023 UHS Distinguished Alumnus Award Celebration, which is set for Saturday, Sept. 23, at Stoney Creek Hotel in Johnston. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.

Tickets cost $50/person, which includes presentation of the UHS Distinguished Alumnus Award, buffet dinner, virtual silent auction and dessert auction. Cash bar will also be available.
